Right from the beginning, he started his career in Hydro Electric Projects which were to be constructed in very tough locations, hence he got opportunity to learn from very beginning of the career that how to work in a tough terrain with limited resources and he got prepared themselves accordingly for all future works. Beginning of career in such kind of tough situations nurtured him as an all time problem solver, no matter what is the situation, terrain, location, atmosphere and other hurdles.
He worked about 10 years in an American based Company DLZ Corporation of the U.S.A., which provides architectural, engineering and environmental Consulting services in more than 20 countries around the world including U.S.A. Its largest clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Department of Agriculture, various states and municipal departments of natural resources, transportation, water and environmental quality, and a wide array of private companies including Bethlehem Steel. In India, this company was developing its own Hydro Projects in various states like H.P., M.P. Uttrakhand, and Maharashtra.

During this period of 10 years, he commissioned 3 nos. Hydro-electric Projects in state of Himachal Pradesh, India for this company and recognized as a creative & effective strategic planner & problem solver at all times.

He has also worked in Gammon India Ltd. which was a leading company of that time in the field of construction and infrastructure development.
